Explanation and strategy
A team value proposition is created when you uncover what’s unique about a specific small group experience within the context of the larger organization. It requires the employer brand or recruitment marketing leader to partner closely with a business leader in a division, team or location to uncover specific experiences that define team culture.
- Why join your team? What makes your team tick? What personalities are in your team? Use video as an opportunity to appeal to the personality of whomever would be a good fit for your team.
- What does your team do that makes the business better? The roles and experiences they bring to the table.
- What can your team do to create a better environment? Establishing a front facing strategy to show the business in the best light, employees may want to transfer to your team, so put your best foot forward.
