Account not activated

If you are trying to log in to the VideoMyJob web dashboard or the VideoMyJob app and you are receiving the error message below, you have not activated your account yet. Learn how to set up your profile.

Check your email inbox (and Junk) for an activation email from VideoMyJob. 

If you are still having issues, please contact your account's VideoMyJob admin. 

Invalid email or password

If you have forgotten your password or email address, click 'Forgot your password' and follow the steps to reset it.
