VideoMyJob implementation is straight forward. To set up a new dashboard, the nominated account admin needs to:

  1. Connect a valid company YouTube channel.
  2. Set template requirements such as logo and brand colours. 
  3. Add users.
  4. Train users.

Companies that appoint a project leader to drive adoption and incentivise training tend to have the most success.

We recommend focusing on Video Adoption goals in the first 3 months, progressing to Video Traction (view rates, referral traffic, click throughs etc.) at 3-6 months with a project and objectives review after 6 months to refine your video objectives.
