During account set up your administrator will create account level branded templates (logo, colours, fonts) based on your brand guidelines. Every user on your account has access to the same set of templates. Your account can have multiple 1 and 2 person templates (for example for sub-brands or departments) which your admin can label for easy identification.
Once templates have been approved, the account admin must submit template change requests to the Customer Success Manager - regular users cannot edit templates.
