How to Edit Scripts & Questions in an Existing Campaign

Campaigns often evolve as new ideas emerge or priorities change. VideoMy makes it easy to update the content your recipients receive, whether you need to add another question, replace an existing script, or personalise requests for individual participants.

You can assign multiple scripts and questions to each recipient, giving you the flexibility to collect richer, more engaging content without creating a new campaign.

Updating Scripts & Questions

Step 1 - Open Your Campaign

From your campaign dashboard, select the campaign you'd like to update.

Step 2 - Edit Recipient Content

Scroll down to the Recipients section.

Under Scripts & Questions, you can:

  • Click an existing question or script to edit or replace it.
  • Click the + icon to add another script or question.
  • Click the 🗑️ Delete icon to remove content that is no longer required.

Step 3 - Choose Your Content

Follow the prompts to:

  • Change an existing Question.
  • Switch from a Question to a Script (or vice versa).
  • Add additional Scripts or Questions.

You can assign different content to different recipients, or add multiple scripts and questions to a single recipient.

Step 4 - Save Your Changes

Once you've finished updating the content, save your changes.

Any new or updated scripts and questions will be sent directly to the relevant recipient, ensuring they always have the latest instructions before recording.

Why Update Scripts & Questions?

Updating content within an existing campaign allows you to:

  • Add follow-up questions without creating a new campaign.
  • Personalise requests for individual recipients.
  • Collect a wider variety of stories by assigning multiple scripts or questions.
  • Keep your campaign up to date as requirements change.

This flexibility makes it easy to gather richer, more authentic employee-generated content while managing everything from a single campaign.
