# How do I reset my VideoMyJob password?

## Trouble logging in? Forgot your password? You can reset your password from both the dashboard and the app.

### Common login problems

#### Account not activated

If you are trying to log in to the [VideoMyJob web dashboard](https://videomyjob.com/dashboard/) or the VideoMyJob app and you are receiving the error message below, you have not activated your account yet. [Learn how to set up your profile](https://support.videomyjob.com/knowledge/how-to-activate-your-videomyjob-account-and-set-up-your-personal-profile?hsLang=en).

Check your email inbox (and Junk) for an activation email from VideoMyJob. 

If you are still having issues, please contact your account's VideoMyJob admin.

#### Invalid email or password

If you have forgotten your password or email address, click *'Forgot your password'* and follow the steps to reset it.

If you are still having issues, please contact your account's VideoMyJob admin.
