How to Manage Campaigns
Once your campaign is live, managing it is simple. From tracking progress and editing details to sending reminders and reviewing submissions, the campaign dashboard gives you full control to keep everything on track and organised.
Follow these instruction to learn how to manage your campaigns:
View Your Campaigns
Go to Campaigns in the side menu. This page shows all campaigns you’ve created or been assigned to. Use Filter or Search to quickly find the one you want
Check Campaign Progress
Open a campaign to see who’s been invited, who’s submitted their video, and who still needs to respond. This gives you an instant overview of progress and any bottlenecks.
1. Edit Campaign Details
You can update campaign settings at any time, including:
- Campaign name (to keep it clear and consistent)
- Instructions sent to participants
- Default Prompt: Click to change the default question/script
- Auto Brand: Keep this enabled to ensure automatically apply your branding to every video
- Schedule for: Change or set the due date
- Assigned editor - Click to change
- Questions or scripts provided to contributors
2. Add or Remove Participants
Invite new contributors or remove people who no longer need to be part of the campaign. This ensures the right people are always included.
3. Send Reminders
If some team members haven’t submitted their videos, you can send them a reminder directly from the campaign dashboard.
4. Use the Campaign Join Link
Every campaign comes with a unique join link that contributors can use to access the campaign and record their videos. The link provides direct access to the assigned questions or scripts, making it easy for team members to submit content without needing a full VideoMyJob account. Simply share the link with participants, and they can start recording based on the campaign instructions.
5. Change or Add Multiple Questions/Scripts
You can modify or expand the questions and scripts for each Recipient in your campaign at any time:
-
Select the bin icon to delete a question or script.
-
Click the + button to add another question or script.
This allows for Multiple Scripts/Questions in One Campaign, letting you run complex campaigns with ease and tailor messaging for different teams.
6. Review Submitted Videos
As videos come in, you’ll see them appear in the campaign feed. From here, editors can:
- Review, edit, and publish content to the relevant channels.
- Mark a Video as Unsuitable and allow the contributor to be notified to re-record
7. Bulk Actions
Quickly add multiple videos to your Story Feed or remove them all at once.
8. Close or Archive a Campaign
Once all content has been collected and published, you can close or archive the campaign to keep your dashboard organised.
