How to amend a recently submitted boost request

Made a mistake on your recently submitted boost request? Follow these steps to fix it up!

A boost request can only be adjusted if it has not been yet processed. A boost once submitted, it can take up to [48 hours] to be processed. 

If you wish to make a change to a boost request, please email support@videomyjob.com with the following information:

• Video Title
• Date of Boost
• What you wish to be adjusted
• If spending allocation is adjusted, please supply how much for each platform

Once you've sent this email, a support team member will be in touch to let you know if these amendments can be made.
