## Tips to help your target audience find your video online

**1. Optimise Your Video Title**

- Use a clear, accurate, and keyword-rich title.
- Experiment with terms such as **job title, seniority, location, or salary** to increase discoverability.
- Keep it concise but descriptive (aim for under 60 characters if publishing to YouTube or social channels).

**2. Optimise Your Video Description**

- Write a full description that highlights your **employer value proposition** and details such as **responsibilities, compensation, and growth opportunities**.
- Include keywords naturally—avoid keyword stuffing.
- Add relevant **hashtags** related to the role, your employer brand, or your industry.
- This can be done **in-app (while publishing or afterwards)** or via the **web dashboard** when your video is in draft or published.

**3. Add a Call-to-Action (CTA) Link**

- While your video is processing, you’ll be prompted to add a **link/URL**—this acts as your **CTA**.
- Link to the page you want viewers to visit after watching (e.g. a job ad, careers page, or company site).
- You can add or edit this **in-app** or in the **web dashboard** once the video is in draft or published
