How to set up your company's VideoMyJob account, branded templates and YouTube

Learn how to connect your YouTube channel, set up your brand templates and start inviting the team to your new account!

Setting up your VideoMyJob account

You will receive an activation link via email to begin the setup process.

Ensure you have the following items on hand before clicking your activation link. We recommend activating your account on desktop computer for an optimal experience.

  1. Your company's logo
    600w x 200h (min) .png RGB with transparent background 
  2. Your company's primary brand colour 

    Our system auto-selects a Hex code from your logo, or you can enter your own Hex code. The primary colour will be used for all video captions, video cover designs and the animated Outro

  3. Your company YouTube channel
    You’ll be asked to connect your YouTube channel.
    You can skip this step, but you will need a YouTube channel connected to enjoy full functionality of the platform
  4. Email addresses of colleagues you want to invite to your account
    You can add users at any time
