App crash / freeze when trying to open a project for editing

We are currently aware of a bug where the VideoMyJob app is crashing when attempting to open a project for editing from the Projects area of the app.
We are investigating the cause of the issue however it seems to be intermittent and only affecting a small number of users which makes it difficult to troubleshoot.
If you encounter the issue please send us the original video file, which should be located in your phone gallery. This will help us identify if it's something with the video file causing the issue.
We need to make sure the file doesn't get altered so do you have a sharing platform like google drive, dropbox, onedrive, https://wetransfer.com etc. and send the link to support@videomyjob.com
Work Around:
If you encounter this bug. Open a new video Project and Import the footage from your phone gallery. It should be located in the 'VideoMyJob' album.
