# Publishing and Sharing Videos in VideoMy

## Once your campaign videos have been submitted, edited, and branded, they’re ready to be shared with your audience. The platform gives you multiple options to publish, distribute, and repurpose your videos, all from a single platform.

#### **Step 1: Access the Video Dashboard**

1. Go to your campaign and locate the videos you want to publish or share.
2. Click the **“View”** button on any video. This will open the **Video Dashboard**, where all publishing and sharing options are available.

#### **Step 2: Share Your Video**

From the Video Dashboard, you can share your video in several ways:

- **Share as a link:** Copy a direct link to your video for easy sharing.
- **Embed code:** Add the video directly to your website or internal pages.
- **Email:** Send the video directly to recipients via email without leaving the platform.

#### **Step 3: Publish to Social Channels**

If your social accounts are linked, you can publish videos directly to platforms like:

- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Facebook

#### **Step 4: Edit Video Details**

Before publishing, you can:

- Update the **title** and **description**
- Add or change the **Call to Action (CTA)**

#### **Step 5: Add or Remove Subtitles**
