Supported and non-supported file types, file size and storage limits for the asset library.
All team members can import, edit and delete files in your shared asset library.
You can upload multiple files at once, the only limits are the file sizes outlined below and the overall storage capacity of your team's account.
If you upload multiple assets at once, the upload processing time will be longer.
Supported video files
- avi
- mp4
- mov
Videos can be up to 10 minutes long or up to 500mb in size.
We recommend using videos under 5 minutes or 100mb for the best experience editing and interacting with these assets.
We recommend videos that are at least 720p quality or higher (1280px wide by 720px tall) to maintain overall video quality.
Supported image files
- jpg
- png
Images can be up to 500mb in size.
We recommend using images under 100mb for the best experience editing and interacting with these assets.
These files are currently not supported:
- gif
- mkv
Troubleshooting
Upload speed
If your internet connection has upload speeds of ~1-5Mbps, it may take a long time to transfer your assets to our servers. Please be patient and if you have a slow internet connection, try to upload them one at a time.
Recovering deleted assets
If you’ve accidentally deleted an asset from your library, you can retrieve it from your trash https://videomyjob.com/asset-library-trash/ If you remove an asset from your trash, we are unable to recover your file.
