In episode 2 of VidFit, we spoke about the importance of flipping your visual image of yourself - you are not your reflection.
Now it's time to apply the same process to your thought patterns. If you're like most people, you probably start with the negatives; the perception of risk and possibly the expectation of failure.
This is just your inner dialogue speaking, and you have the power to change this.
So in the same way that you taught yourself to see the real, unreflected image of yourself, now it's time to be the positive version of yourself and all you need to do is make a few small changes to your inner dialogue.
Remember: you're already a successful person in some way, shape or form, otherwise you wouldn't be watching this video. Now it's time to BE that person and go make some great videos.
